Leslie has worked in the fitness industry since 1998 as a running coach, kettlebell instructor, and wellness coach. Leslie started running long distance at the age of 20, and has run nearly 40 marathons, including the Boston Marathon and several 50 mile and 100 mile events. She has coached over 100 runners to the completion of a marathon. She is the creator of the HydroTrack format, a rigorous deep-water running program for individuals of all levels looking for a safe way to exercise intensely. Leslie uses kettlebells as her primary source of strength and conditioning.
