I really enjoyed Leslie’s workouts! Her attention to detail was great, and her workouts were very well planned. When I had difficulty with one of the exercises we stopped to learn new flexibility drills. It made an immediate improvement in the exercise. Overall fun and challenging workout with a professional, personable instructor!
